Well, it has been some time since the last post, which means I get to spend some time catching up on what's been going on. I just got off of a short (month long) semester here in Japan and I'm now on Spring Vacation - which is also a month. Over the semester I worked on a research project to discover how much impact modern communication technology has had on the fundamental core of Japanese society. To sum up a lot of work: not a whole lot. I found that both surprising an interesting. I'll likely post the paper up here at some point. I've had another column posted up as well, continuing the last one. This one is on player-made factions. I would like to it, but I seem to be having some issues with Joomla! at the moment. However, yes, there has only been one new column. Sadly, there's been some weirdness over at WarCry lately - and really has been for a while. It seems to be settled down again, so hopefully new columns can start going up again on a regular basis. On an interesting note, I've actually gone back to the roots lately. I've been playing one of Iron Realm Entertainment's MUDs, Lusternia. More on that later. Tags: ire lusternia
